Terms and conditions for BidPilotPro's affiliate program

1. Program Overview

The BidPilotPro Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new users to our platform. When someone signs up through your unique affiliate link and makes a qualifying payment, you earn a commission.

2. Commission Structure

  • Commission Amount: $5.00 USD per qualifying referral (one-time payment)
  • Minimum Payment Threshold: Referred users must make a payment of $20.00 USD or more to qualify
  • Payment Types: Commissions are earned on both subscription payments and balance top-ups
  • One Commission Per User: You can only earn one commission per referred user, regardless of how many payments they make

3. Qualifying Payments

A qualifying payment is any payment made by a referred user that meets the following criteria:

  • Payment amount is $20.00 USD or greater
  • Payment is made via Stripe (subscription or top-up) or account balance
  • Payment is successfully processed and not refunded
  • User was referred through your unique affiliate link

4. Referral Tracking

  • Affiliate Links: Each affiliate receives a unique referral link (e.g., https://www.bidpilotpro.com/?ref=YOURCODE)
  • Cookie Duration: Referral tracking cookies last for 90 days from the initial click
  • Attribution: If a user clicks your affiliate link and signs up within 90 days, they are attributed to you
  • Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself. Self-referrals will be automatically detected and rejected

5. Commission Status

  • Pending: Referral has been created but no qualifying payment has been made yet
  • Approved: Qualifying payment has been made and commission is approved (ready for payout)
  • Paid: Commission has been paid out to you
  • Cancelled: Commission was cancelled (e.g., due to refund or policy violation)

6. Payout Process

  • Minimum Payout: $5.00 USD minimum balance required to request a payout
  • Payout Method: USDT (Tether) on the Ethereum network only
  • Wallet Address: You must provide a valid Ethereum wallet address (0x format, 42 characters)
  • Processing Time: Payout requests are processed manually by our admin team within 7-14 business days
  • Payment Information: You must provide your email address and Ethereum wallet address when requesting a payout
  • Network: All payouts are sent on the Ethereum mainnet. Ensure your wallet supports USDT (ERC-20) tokens

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account:

  • Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to refer yourself
  • Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices
  • Misrepresenting BidPilotPro or making false claims about our services
  • Using paid advertising that violates our brand guidelines or trademark policies
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the referral system
  • Using affiliate links in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

8. Account Termination

BidPilotPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
  • Any other reason deemed necessary by BidPilotPro

Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited at BidPilotPro's discretion.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred user receives a refund or initiates a chargeback:

  • The commission for that referral will be cancelled or reversed
  • If the commission was already paid, it will be deducted from future earnings
  • If no future earnings exist, you may be required to return the commission amount

10. Changes to Terms

BidPilotPro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

BidPilotPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
